Open Positions

Residential Painter

Full-time · Austin, TX and surrounding Central Texas

Interior and exterior residential painting on homes across the Austin area. You will prepare surfaces, cut lines, roll and spray finish coats, and leave every job site clean.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming. Mask and protect furniture, flooring, landscaping, and fixtures. Cut crisp lines and apply even finish coats by brush, roller, and sprayer. Keep the job site clean and organized each day. Communicate respectfully with homeowners and flag issues to the crew lead early.

Requirements

Prior residential painting experience. A steady hand and an eye for detail. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to work outdoors in Texas summer conditions. Comfort working on ladders and from scaffolding.

Commercial Painter

Full-time · Austin and San Antonio, TX

Commercial painting on retail spaces, restaurants, offices, and larger complexes, often on after-hours and weekend schedules.

Responsibilities

Prepare and paint commercial interiors and exteriors. Mask and protect equipment, stock, and flooring. Work staged sections so client operations continue. Follow site safety rules and industry standards. Complete work within the agreed schedule window.

Requirements

Commercial painting experience preferred. Ability to work after hours and weekends when a project calls for it. Comfort with spray equipment and lift operation. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
